Saw Superman last night.... so good! I'm really not a big fan of the superhero/fantasy movies but it was reallly well done. Kevin Spacey is a hot villian! AND if any of you have seen the movie "Detroit Rock City" the main character "Jem" was in Superman.... funny seeing him older and playing a photographer.....

Finally got wireless internet at my house... found a good deal on a linksys router so i'm actually sitting on the couch watching tv while typing... kinda nice.

ummm what else....

happy (belated) canada day! Went downtown with cody and we discovered a great place to watch the fireworks... from ontop of a parking garage down in the market. Bus rides were interesting with a girl declaring her love for cody and i, some kids crowd surfing on the bus, and a gay guy from alberta starting everyone on the bus singing o canada and the ole song. Interesting indeed.....

Just wanted to let everyone know that Cody's funk band will be making it's debut on wed april 26th 2006 at Cafe Dekcuf on Rideau Street downtown. so there's an ontario wide college strike.... no classes, no teachers... so i dont 'know what to do with myself.... just had my reading week and now it's like there's another one. soo i think i may go home tomorrow, since i have to go home this weekend anyways, since i'm getting my BRACES OFF NEXT MONDAY!!!! and i have an INTERVIEW FOR MY INTERNSHIP!!!!!!!! lol i'm not excited....nooo that's going to be a big day for me (next monday) i should celebrate.... or not.

but yeah...this really is a pointless entry, i'm just kinda bored...

well, been a while since i updated on this thing...here it goes

last week: cody came down to b-ville to hang with me on his reading week, and i went to classes as usual
had a few good times with all: pony, vids, country night (vomit), nachos and beer, movies, and other festivities

came home on sunday, drove back with cody and went to his grandparents house for lunch b/c his grandpa was able to come home for the weekend. had fun, and lots of chinese.....mmm

monday: i began to shoot my documentary of the women's shelter and hung out with my mom for a bit (nice to catch up) then went to cody's for the nigth when he was done school

tuesday: did some more shooting for my documentary, and i think i'm having dinner at cody's house tonight ( i like his family, they are so great to me, lol)

wednesday: i'm having cofffffeeee (ya like i need more) with my nannie, i need to get an oil change and fix my key.....wait, i just got off teh phone with ang...looks like i'll be going to have coffee with her later on wed night....lol more coffffeee...

thursday: i'll be back at the house to shoot some more and then i'll be going to my dad's place for dinner

oy and there's still so much left of the week too....so many things to do.
OH and i think i found my internship.... but i'm not going to say anything incase i jynx it...so yeah, oy i'm hungry and tired....later

grrr.... i hate it when:

half my roomates come home from the movies...
when really they spent the night at the bar...
and they are completely wasted....
and they brought about 4 of their loud friends back to OUR place...
who smoke in the house...
and the smoke goes up through the vents into my room....
and keep my up until the wee hours of the morning...
all the while knowing that i have an 8 am class

which i can't be late for otherwise i fail the day...

i fucking hate my life right now...

little update:
back in belleville
had a good time back in ottawa and i think i did a good job at trying to see everyone
although i always end up feeling guilty before i leave...
which makes me not want to come back next time... but i always will <3 heart

christmas was pretty busy but otherwise good
had about 4 xmas dinners :S but they were a bit spread out
cody got me the sims for mac ---> my guilty pleasure *smiles*
got a printer and some rechargeable batteries
and it ended with me getting a bit tipsy with my cousin at my grandparents house for xmas dinner.... well someone had to finish the wine lol

new years was so much fun

Today was suppose to be my long day 9-5 full of classes.... but i only had my first one from 9-11. I was able to go home early which is great since i feel so icky and sore and sick. I feel like my baby maker is being stabbed repeatedly, my neck is kinked and when i try to look to the right it hurts, I just had my wires changed on my braces so my entire mouth aches, i'm tired b.c i didn't get enough sleep last night, and it's freezing cold in the house......

that's all..... oh and the weather sucks. November is such a blah, drabby month.

on the good side I had a good weekend when i went home. My mom was in the hospital around thanksgiving so we didnt' have a dinner.... so instead we had one last weekend (mmmm soo good). Cody and I went to Barrymores on the friday for the CD release of The Amanda Rheaume Band. (cody's good friend is the guitarist) A few of my friends were there and it was so nice to see everyone, even if it was for only 4 hours. man oh man thou...i drank a lot on fri.... half a 1.5 L bottle of wine, 3 shots each, 1 mixed drink, and 3 beers.....

got some good photos out of it all. i'll put some up on here in a bit. thats it for now
